The Dye Workshop is back!

Included in the price is:
6 skeins of yarn,(1 skein is 100 gr.)
Door to door shipping of the yarn, once its all dry

The yarn you can choose is:
Merino sock fingering 425 m. / 100 gr.
BFL sock fingering 425 m. / 100 gr.
Merino sock DK 225 m / 100gr.
If the base you want is sold out, let me know and I will double check whats left.
All your skeins will be the same base.
The date is Friday June 13th
9:00 - 12:00 (The time is approximate. We start at 9:00 and we might finish earlier or later than 12:00 that is all up to the day and the speed of the individual process)
There are 4 spots available. Please read all the instructions and if there are any questions please do not hesitate to ask. I can not promise all bases to everyone. First come first served. If you have any questions in this regard, just ask me.
Everything is taking place outside, so please dress accordingly. Also make sure you wear clothes that can be dirty. I often wear old black clothes. we might not look pretty on that day, but we will make beautiful yarn instead.
How it goes.
I will give a little welcome speech, and explain a few techniques on how you can dye.
Each one sits down, goes over and plan what they would want. Colors, techniques and such. I can recommend also to check out Youtube and get inspired there, on how to go about it. There are endless ways that this can be done and it is really just about letting go and have fun. With the 6 skeins, you can choose to dye each one individually or some of them together. It is all up to you. It also helps having an idea of what you would like to make. 6 pairs of socks, a sweater with fade effect, or anything else. You can also just decide to set your mind free and play with colors and then decide what to make after. To start out with, you get a mini skein of 20gr. just to start to play and get a bit of understanding of the process.
Once you have dyed all your yarn, you leave it with me and I will take care of the heating process (It takes at least a day or two), then everything needs to be washed properly and dry. After the yarn is dried and skeined, I will ship it directly to you with Door to Door shipping. You will get it with the correct yarn label, and blank for you to name your own colorway.
Before the workshop, please prepare some sort of color inspiration, it can be pictures or anything else that gives you the vision of colors. Once you stand in front of all the color options, it can be difficult to decide what to choose.
So coming with a vision is a good idea.
We will also on the day, sit down and plan what you want to dye.
This is all part of the process.
And then the creating begins, there is nothing as fun as knitting with your own hand dyed yarn.

Cancellation policy.
You can cancel your place up to 8 days before. Later than that there is no refund, but you can transfer your spot to someone else without any extra costs.
If I for some reason have to cancel, you will get a full refund.
