All orders of min. 460₪ gets FREE door to door shipping. (Not including subscriptions)

Shipping is Free on orders of min. of 280₪ (UPS to a pick up point)

30₪ On orders of less than 280₪ (UPS to a pick up point)

42₪ Door to Door (Doar Shlichim)
International:

All international orders are sent with tracking number.

All international orders of min. 490₪ gets FREE shipping. (Not including subscriptions)

To all my dear crafters in the U.S.:
Starting August 29, 2025, all packages from Israel will be subject to
new U.S. customs duties and taxes, no matter the order size.
These costs are collected by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility
of the buyer. I’ll handle all the paperwork so your yarn arrives smoothly,
but please be aware of possible extra fees upon delivery.
Tracking number will be sent once the order is packed and ready to be shipped.
Please allow 1- 3 working days once the order is confirmed, till the package is sent.
The recipient is responsible for any VAT or/and custom fees incurred.
Return & Exchange Policy
In case of a return. I am happy to refund or exchange within 14 days of buyer receiving the item. All products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for any return package cost. Any Paypal fees will not be returned.
If you wish to return. Please notify me via email so we can start the process.

זמני אספקה הם משוערים ותלויים בגורמים שאינם תמיד בשליטת האתר.
ביטול עסקה והחזר כספי
ביטול עסקה יתבצע בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן.
בקשת ביטול תישלח בכתב לכתובת המייל המצוינת מטה.
החזר כספי יבוצע בהתאם לחוק ובהפחתת דמי ביטול אם חלים.
אחריות
האחריות למוצרים ו או לשירותים היא בהתאם למפורט בעמוד המוצר.
האתר לא יישא באחריות לנזקים עקיפים או תוצאתיים.
פרטיות ואבטחת מידע
האתר מתחייב שלא לעשות שימוש בפרטי הלקוחות אלא לצורך תפעול העסקה.
